
Lee Hoff is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over 15 years of experience in oncology, emergency medicine, and patient-centered care. A proud Bay Area native, she brings a holistic, dignity-centered approach to her work at Contra Costa Oncology.
Lee earned both her BSN and MSN from Samuel Merritt University, with an academic foundation in biology from Mills College. She previously served for over a decade at Kaiser Permanente Oakland in both Emergency Medicine and Radiation Oncology.
In addition to clinical practice, Lee co-owns Morgan & Moore NHR, a non-surgical hair replacement business, and co-founded Inclusive Crowns, a nonprofit providing free medical wigs to women who lack insurance or financial resources.
Known for her calm presence and deep empathy, Lee is passionate about supporting patients through life’s most vulnerable moments. Outside of work, she enjoys time with her husband and two children, church, laughter, and living a life guided by faith and purpose.
